The latest NHS statistics for Wales revealed NHS treatment waiting list remain at 800,395 pathways.
Fewer than half (48.3%) of the most serious (red) calls received an emergency response within the eight minute target time.
Median waits for treatment have increased by 0.6 weeks to 23.6 weeks in Wales.
Commenting on the latest statistics, James Evans MS, Welsh Conservative Shadow Cabinet Secretary for Health and Social Care said:
“These latest statistics represent almost no progress being made by the Welsh Labour Government and are by no means good news for patients.
“At this rate, the First Minister is set to miss her own self-imposed target to eliminate the very longest waits for the third year in a row.
“It’s clear that only the Welsh Conservatives can be trusted to fix the Welsh NHS by lifting restrictions on cross-community, cross-border and cross-sector capacity sharing to improve outcomes in the short-term, with a substantial workforce plan implemented to resolve pressures in the longer term.”
