Commenting following his questions to Labour’s Cabinet Secretary for the Constitution on the additional £1 million budgeted this year for the Labour Welsh Government’s Constitutional Commission, Welsh Conservative Shadow Minister for the Constitution, Darren Millar MS said:
“Labour’s pandering to Welsh nationalists has a steep price tag.
“The Labour Welsh Government seemingly have money to burn when it comes to discussing our constitutional arrangements, another million pounds just this year, but not enough to fund our hospitals, our schools or to fix our crumbling infrastructure.
“The Welsh Conservatives are clear; Labour needs to focus on the issues that matter to the people of Wales. Enough with the talking shops.”
