Following Mark Drakeford’s final FMQs, Andrew RT Davies MS, Leader of the Welsh Conservatives, said:
“I’ve thoroughly enjoyed meeting Mark Drakeford every Tuesday at half past one for FMQs.
“Sometimes sparks have flown because we are both passionate about Wales, but I have no doubt in my mind that Mark Drakeford has been a diligent, thoughtful leader, and that he has given up so much of his time for public service is something to be commended.
“I wish Mark well going forward, and I hope that he will continue to take part in Welsh public life, where he still has so much to offer.”
