Following FMQs, Andrew RT Davies MS, Leader of the Welsh Conservatives, said:
“The Labour Welsh Government’s waiting list gimmicks are wearing thin.
“We still don’t know what capacity will be available in NHS England for Welsh patients, and I’m not sure the First Minister knows either.
“Labour Ministers have proven again and again that they’re just not up to the challenge of delivering the NHS Wales deserves.”
