“Tonight, Labour and Plaid ignored our amendments that would have eased Labour’s war on hard working motorists.
“Labour have continued to ramp up their war on motorists, with road charging introduced via stealth in the previous bill and now toll charging in this current bill.
“The Welsh Conservatives will always work to support the people who keep our country moving in getting from A to B.”
