“The seeds of the massive housing crisis in Wales were planted at the beginning of devolution under the Labour Government, yet we still hear the same excuses.
“The simple and evidenced facts are that Labour slashed new affordable housing in Wales from day one, that they continue to miss their own housebuilding targets and that by cutting £19m from the empty home scheme, there is further pressure on Councils to use hotels for temporary accommodation.
“The Welsh Conservatives house building plans would ensure more houses are built and bring empty homes back into use.”
