“Labour's record on homelessness has been a ticking time bomb for more than two decades, with successive Labour Ministers dismissing all warnings and ignoring repeated advice.
“Behind these statistics is a very real human cost, Labour's inability to get a grip on the issue is damaging people’s lives. Their Renting Homes Wales Act has in fact contributed to increasing the numbers of those homeless in Wales and it is now time for a review of this act.
“The Welsh Government must adopt more effective and sustainable approaches to address homelessness and rough sleeping that ensure long-term stability and support for affected individuals and families, Labour's current plans are simply not working.”
