“When Wales has four times as many sewage discharges proportionately than England it is concerning that enforcement action from the NRW is severely lacking.
“Today I implored the Cabinet Secretary that any environmental fines are spent on offsetting the environmental damage that dumping is causing.
“The Welsh Conservatives have long called for Labour and NRW to hold water firms to account with more effective enforcement to ensure that our waterways are safe.”
