“Together the Welsh Government and local councils need to address why fly-tipping is happening.
“No form of littering or fly-tipping is OK, and we need to stamp it out with appropriate enforcement at the earliest opportunity.
“The Welsh Conservatives would not tolerate this nuisance at the expense of the public, unlike Vaughan Gething who accepts donations from criminals convicted for environmental offences.”
