Responding to claims of redundancy payment unfairness from Tata steelworkers, Welsh Conservative Shadow Economy Minister, Samuel Kurtz MS said:
“My message to Tata is simple: Do not play politics with people’s livelihoods.
“The company must act fairly and swiftly. This is a workforce, a community, who deserve respect during this transition period from blast furnace to electric arc steel production.”
