“NRW are already dropping the ball with tackling waste crime, with Wales having four times as many sewage discharges proportionately than England.
“When you consider NRW recently being described as ‘missing in action’ it is worrying that enforcement action is on the chopping block due to Labour’s cuts.
“With NRW’s inability to carry out its responsibilities, this is another serious example as to why the organisation should be broken up”.
