“It is astonishing that Labour and Plaid continue to spend so much time and effort on trying to gain more devolution when it is simultaneously cutting budgets in key areas that are presently in its power.
“The Labour Government fails to effectively use the powers and levers currently at its disposal to benefit Wales, their appalling record on current devolved areas such as education and health speaks for itself.
“The Welsh Conservatives are clear, there should be no more distractions and no more powers to Wales.”
