“It is deeply concerning that Labour’s lack of cross-border support on justice matters is undermining efforts to tackle complex issues like criminal activity and to streamline justice delivery.
“With many offender rehabilitation services already devolved to Wales, Labour must also explore innovative approaches, like those proposed in England, to improve outcomes for offenders and reduce reoffending.
“Labour must address these issues and work with the UK Government to enhance data collection, intelligence-sharing, and cross-border cooperation, to ensure communities across Wales can feel safer.”
