“It amazes me that even after the backlash to Labour’s previous anti-motorist agenda and finally a more positive rhetoric from the new Cabinet Secretary, Labour-run Cardiff Council are seemingly continuing with their plans to introduce further charges for Cardiff commuters.
"With the Labour Government’s ban on road building, the ridiculous 20mph speed limits and unreliable public transport links, you can’t help but feel that motorists are being punished.
"The Welsh Conservatives would scrap any plans for congestion charges and get Wales moving.”
