“It is high time that Labour take an active role in ensuring developers take responsibility for clading safety and ease the fears of many residents in Wales.
“The Labour Government’s inaction on cladding in Wales continues to leave residents trapped in potentially unsafe buildings.
“The Welsh Government must take this action further and ensure all buildings in Wales are made safe. Developers should be blocked from building in Wales if they do not make safe their previous work, so that residents no longer have to go to sleep frightened that they will be woken up by a fire alarm rather than an alarm clock.”
