Following his response to Labour’s Cabinet Secretary for Economy’s statement in the Senedd today, Welsh Conservative Shadow Economy Minister, Samuel Kurtz MS said:
“Same old same old from a Labour Government who’ve been in charge of Wales’ economy for a quarter of a century.
“Wales should be a dynamic, innovative, and prosperous nation, yet Labour’s policies see us with the highest levels of economic inactivity and the lowest take home pay for our workers in the UK.
“With such great opportunities ahead of us, especially with renewables, more of the same from Labour will see those opportunities pass the people of Wales by.”
