“If Mr. Jones is still in place leading the 20mph review then it is a clear indication that nothing will change.
“If the Welsh Government were serious about reviewing 20mph in Wales, then they would appoint someone who didn’t have a direct hand in its creation and implementation.
“The bottom line is that after all of Labour’s talk about listening to the Welsh people, the default speed limit across Wales will remain 20mph. Nothing has changed to everyone inside and outside of Wales.”
