“Despite the spin from the Cabinet Secretary, he doesn’t actually answer the question. One month of adequate service does not make up for years of uncertainties, delays and poor customer service.
“Transport for Wales came last in customer satisfaction out of all UK operators and racked up one million minutes of delays on their services last year alone. This is nothing to be proud of.
“The Labour Government have bailed out Transport for Wales to the tune of £125m, it is high time that Welsh taxpayers see a return on their investment.”
