Commenting following a debate in the Senedd on the Infected Blood Inquiry Report, Sam Rowlands MS, Welsh Conservative Shadow Health Minister said:
“Thousands of people affected by the infected blood scandal along with so many tireless campaigners will have been brought some relief by the conclusions of the Inquiry.
“But it is our moral duty to ensure that more is done to support and compensate those survivors suffering with ill-health to this day and I am pleased that the UK Government has indicated that it will look at implementing the recommendations of the Langstaff report.”
