Following FMQs, Andrew RT Davies MS, Leader of the Welsh Conservatives, said:
“Yet again Wales’ environmental regulator is asleep at the wheel.
“Despite problems at Withyhedge going on for years, residents in the area continue to have their lives ruined by this site.
“NRW is a busted flush and should be closed and replaced.”
