“This latest report highlights a distinct lack of progress made by the Labour Government in Wales.
“It is deeply concerning that the Welsh Labour Government can spend so much of Welsh taxpayers’ money putting legislation through in an effort to hit environmental targets yet continue to fall behind the rest of the UK, with similar carbon levels to 2021.
“The Labour Government must undertake an urgent review of its current ineffective approach to reducing emissions, stop punishing motorists, and end the offshoring of emissions and economic growth to other countries.”
