Responding to coroners calling for changes to the ambulance system to prevent avoidable deaths, Sam Rowlands MS, Shadow Minister for Health, said:
“Behind all the statistics about the ambulance service are real life stories and family members lost.
“Our ambulance staff do incredible work under huge pressure, and patients and staff deserve a service that works.
“After far too long infighting, the Welsh Government must now work cross-party to deliver a system that can function properly.”
