“The rollout of Labour’s uncosted Universal Free School Meals policy has been beset by issues.
“With multiple news stories detailing poor quality meals and small portion sizes, due to Labour’s cuts to the education budget, pupils are going hungry in our schools.
“This policy has been poorly implemented by the Welsh Labour Government from the outset and sadly, it is our young people who are having to pay the price.”
