“It seems that the Welsh Government are scared of scrutiny because they only shared the plan less than a few hours before plenary actually began. This is bad politics and administration.
“The plan will have an impact on all policy areas in Wales, so I am astounded that there has been no consultation, even with Members of the Senedd.
“The plan needs to be brought before the Senedd again urgently for a thorough review of all its targets and pledges.”
