“Labour have failed to get a grip on homelessness in Wales for more than two decades, with successive Labour Ministers dismissing all warnings and ignoring repeated advice.
“It is evident that this situation is not getting better. Labour’s own policies, such as their Renting Homes Wales Act, are damaging people’s lives and beyond these statistics there is a very real human cost that cannot be ignored.
“The Welsh Government must adopt more effective and sustainable approaches to address homelessness and rough sleeping that ensure long-term stability and support for affected individuals and families, Labour's current plans are simply not working.”
