“Following the recent findings from the Jay Review on criminally exploited children, it is clear more needs to be done.
“There must be a welfare-first approach, recognising exploitation as a distinct form of abuse, and investment in targeted prevention and support services.
“Welsh children deserve robust protections, Labour must take immediate action and concrete steps to ensure exploited young people are effectively safeguarded and supported."
