“There is a real risk of pupils being left behind due to the Labour Government's cuts to the ALN budget and their inability to offer the support required for ALN students.
“It’s crucially important for the Labour Government to get this right and ensure there are no learners missing out on the care and support they need.
“The Welsh Labour Government must provide assurances that schools have the resources and budgets to fully roll out the help needed and that no young people are left behind or in limbo.”
